Technology Practices
Each of GS Lab’s four Practices – shown below – identifies areas of fundamental innovation and market growth. They span all software layers between hardware and end-user interfaces.

Each Practice is defined as a unit of Technologies, People, and Processes. Each Practice Leadership team has a Practice Manager and a Practice Architect.
Technologies are identified by working on specific problems. A Practice achieves depth by choosing people who have a fundamental interest and commitment to work in these areas. It achieves efficiency and quickness by a rigorous adoption of processes specific to the Practice.
Each Practice benefits from the common delivery infrastructure and best practices maintained across GS Lab. The common non-technical corporate services, shared technology assets, and management support provide additional efficiencies to each Practice.
The company has made significant efforts to address each one of the common factors that affect performance of remote teams. The main highlights of GS Lab’s contributions to its customers are:
Track record of developing cutting edge software products,
A ready-made product development culture,
Processes suitable for distributed product development teams working on changing
specs,
Technology incubation, and
HR practices that produce reference-based hiring.
