Convergence Practice

Convergence practice within GS Lab works for customers with modern as well as legacy telecom and datacom products and services. The practice has been working on large scale telecom core infrastructure products, enterprise products as well as on end-user communication products.

We have worked on peer-to-peer VOIP appliances as well as on core network products. Scale of problems within field of carrier-grade communication is huge and reliability and scalability of the solution plays the most important role while selecting a solution. GS Lab has developed large scale solutions for its customers and has also maintained deployments for these products.

Delivery capabilities

GS Lab has helped conceptualize new tools and enhancements for existing products. For example, for a client providing management software for a leading enterprise communication product. Given our keen understanding of telecom statistics, a desktop based monitoring and statistics application was introduced and it has received widespread accolades from the administrators and users for the enterprise communication software.

With another customer GS Lab’s experts have developed delivered the next generation distributed architecture based on SIGTRAN. This helped our customer deploy geographically distributed and redundant network elements and also reduce the deployment cost by eliminating costly legacy media by IP based infrastructure.
