
Prior to Genpact, his career with GE Capital spanned 25 years across the US, the UK and Asia. He was earlier the CEO of GE Capital in India & Asia and prior to that worked with GE Capital in Stamford, CT in the Leveraged Buy Out group. In September 2016, Pramod along with partners acquired the businesses of GE Capital – India, now known as Clix Capital. He is the Chairman of Clix Capital, which is a broad based NBFC, focused on providing digital platforms and financial services to commercial companies and consumers across India.
Pramod is the co-founder of Asha Impact, Virtual Fund focused on Social Impact Investments and Advocacy. He is an active investor in different companies, from start-ups to ongoing businesses. He has also co-founded the Skills Academy that focuses on providing vocational skills training to lower income youth in villages across the country. The Skills Academy has trained over 50,000 students and placed majority of them in jobs, post training. Pramod serves on the Boards of DLF Ltd, SRF Ltd and NDTV. He is also on the governing Board of ICRIER, Help Age and The Shri Ram School. He has been the Chairman of NASSCOM and noted “IT Man of the Year” by Dataquest in 2010.
Pramod is a Chartered Accountant from Thomas McLintock & Co., London, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.

He is an Electrical Engineer and holds a PG degree in Management from IIM Kolkata and an Advanced Certificate from Stern School of Management, NYU. He focuses on empowering our employees to converge their professional aspirations and building the culture of technological innovation and customer centricity. He is a strong believer of “Culture eats strategy for breakfast”.

Before joining Kedaara Capital, Parin worked in the investment advisory team of General Atlantic (“GA”), a leading growth oriented private equity firm with over $17bn under management. He joined General Atlantic in 2005 and primarily focused on investments in the Business & Technology Services, Healthcare, Financial Services and Consumer sectors. Prior to joining General Atlantic, Parin worked with McKinsey & Company and Capgemini Consulting. At McKinsey, Parin focused on the High-Tech sector, more specifically Semiconductors and was involved on several client engagements in Europe and US. Parin holds a PGDBM in Finance and a Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University.

Deepak has been a CFO with GE Energy, CFO for the GE Satyam JV, and he was the pilot of the initiative as the Chief Integration Officer. Along with this, he was the CFO for Genpact at Netherlands and was the Chief Integration Officer for that M&A for Genpact. With almost 18 years with GE Group, he had been the Asia Pacific Controller for GE Industrial and Consumer with the prime focus on M&A and divestiture.

Previously, Aashwit has worked with Goldman Sachs in their Investment Banking Division, and with ITC Limited, an Indian FMCG conglomerate. Aashwit holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Prior to this, Rahul has a great experience working as an Associate in the Global Advisory division of Rothschild & Co’s Mumbai office. He was also associated with Rothschild & Co. in 2014 and was focused on cross-border M&A and equity advisory. Formerly, he worked in the Investment Banking Division of HDFC Bank, and EY India (Ernst & Young) in their Assurance practice.
Rahul is a Chartered Accountant (from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and a CFA Level 3 candidate (CFA Institute, U.S.A.). He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.

Sarah is passionate about supporting the development of women’s careers and the importance of education and is currently an Executive Mentor with the ExCo Group which helps executives and teams develop their full leadership potential. She also volunteers with PENCIL - an organization focused on connecting NYC students with business professionals and is a mentor to the Columbia University Executive Master of Science in Technology Management Program.
