Culture

“It’s important for us to create a culture of innovation—one that both values and rewards risk.”
– Barbara Landes, PBS

It’s really the people first that make GS Lab the kind of company it is. Our craftsmen at work are our biggest asset, who are smart, determined and favor learning over knowing. Craftsmen at GS Lab hail from all walks of life, speak dozens of languages, reflecting the global audience that we serve and with a common vision for the company – lab to complete solutions.

We strive to maintain the open, informal, non-hierarchical culture, in which everyone is a hands-on contributor and feels comfortable sharing ideas and opinions. Our office is designed to encourage interactions between engineers within and across teams and to spark conversation about work as well as play.

Sustaining this culture requires selective hiring process, where we look for ability, attitude and shared values in all our craftsmen, as the fabric of our culture rests on our ability to integrate the competent individuals we hire and reach greater heights of customer and employee success.
