Overview – A leading software and solutions B2B company in the intelligent video analytics, smart camera, and automated monitoring market. The customer was then looking for one shop for complete server development, performance optimization and DevOps activities concerning all involved servers for its video analytics software.
Challenge – The customer was looking for a solution that could
- Work on the wait time for database and code performance optimization while optimizing the system
- One shop for complete server development, performance optimization and DevOps activities for multiple servers.
Solution – We designed a solution to reduce the wait time during session handling of the software. Additionally, with the solution, we were able to identify the contributors to slow performance and focused on fixing them. The solution helped easily predict the performance impact expected from the server with a higher load, also termed “performance certainty,” thereby removing the uncertainty about the server performance.
